IPTV M3U: how a playlist link works and where to add it
An IPTV M3U link is a single web address that returns the full list of channels, films and series of your line, in a format almost every player understands. What is an M3U playlist?
M3U is a plain text format that lists media one after another. For IPTV, each entry has a channel name, a logo, a group (for example "Morocco", "Sports" or "Kids") and the address of the stream. When you paste the link into a player, the player downloads this text and builds its menus from it.
Because the format is so simple, it is supported almost everywhere: smart TV apps, Android players, iPhone apps and computer software. The downside is size: a full list with films and series is long, and older TVs can take time to load it.
What is inside your IPTV M3U link
A typical M3U link looks like this, with your own values in place of the examples:

- http://example-host.net:8080 is the server address and port, the same as the Xtream server URL.
- username and password are your line's details, the same as the Xtream login.
- type=m3u_plus asks for the extended list with logos and groups.
- output=ts (or m3u8) chooses the stream format; support may change it if a player prefers the other one.

IPTV M3U list or Xtream Codes login: which one to use
Use the M3U link when the app only accepts a playlist, which is the case for apps that work by MAC address on smart TVs. Use the Xtream login when the app offers it: it is shorter to type, and most apps then split live TV, films and series into separate menus and load the TV guide on their own.

How to add an M3U playlist to a player
The exact menu differs, but the steps are the same in every app.

Long-press the link in our WhatsApp message and choose Copy. Copying avoids typos in a link that is often more than 100 characters long.

On a TV app that works by MAC address, open the developer's upload page on your phone, enter the TV's MAC address and paste the link. Guides: Smart IPTV, SET IPTV, Net IPTV.

On a phone or box app, choose Add playlist, M3U URL or Load from URL, give it a name and paste the link.

Save, then let the app download the list. Do not leave the screen until the groups appear.

Open the Moroccan group and play a channel such as 2M to confirm the link works.
Paste the link, never retype it. A single missing letter at the end of the password part makes the playlist fail.
Adding the TV guide to an M3U list
Some players read the programme guide automatically from the server; others need a separate EPG address (an XMLTV link). If your guide is empty after adding the M3U, ask our support on WhatsApp for the EPG link of your line and paste it in the EPG or XMLTV field of the app, or on the upload page next to the playlist.
If the guide appears but is one hour off, change the time shift (EPG offset) in the app's settings rather than the TV clock.
Common M3U playlist errors
List loads very slowly
The full list with films is large. Ask for a lighter link with live channels only for an older TV.
Channels appear but do not play
Try the other output format (ts or m3u8) or another player setting, then see IPTV troubleshooting.
"Account expired"
The line in the link has ended, often the test line. Upload the link of your paid line instead.
One link, one or two devices
Every plan includes an M3U link and Xtream Codes, and every plan plays one stream at a time. The number of devices is set by your plan: one with Standard (300 DH) and Premium, one or two with VIP (600 DH), never playing at the same moment.
