Before you ask: prepare your device
The 24 hours start when we send the line, so install the app first. On a Samsung or LG TV that usually means IBO Player Pro or SET IPTV; on an Android box or a Firestick, IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate. The IPTV setup guide shows which app fits your device and where to type the details.
Tell us in the form which device and app you use. If the app shows a MAC address and a device key, keep them ready: we may need them to load the test playlist.
What you can check during the 24-hour test
Yes, you can try before you buy. The test line opens the same channel list as a paid plan, so use it to check what matters to your home, not just one channel:
- The Moroccan channels you watch every day: Al Aoula, 2M, Medi 1 TV, Arryadia, Tamazight.
- A sports channel during a live match, with the sound in the language you want.
- The Arabic packs: MBC, Rotana and the series you follow.
- A film and a series episode from the VOD library.

4K appears only where the channel broadcasts in 4K, and only on a 4K TV with a fast enough line. If 4K matters to you, test one of those channels on your real TV.
Run the free IPTV test at peak hours, 20:00–23:00
A line that is perfect at 11:00 can struggle at 21:00, when everyone in the building streams at once. Watch for at least half an hour between 20:00 and 23:00, ideally on a match night of the Botola Pro or the Champions League.

How to read your IPTV test result
A good result is simple: the channels you need open within a few seconds, the picture stays steady through the evening, and the guide shows the right programmes. A few channels that do not open at one moment is normal for any service; a whole evening of freezing is not, and tells you to check the line first.

What happens after the test
