"Lifetime" access
A server costs money every month. A single payment for an unlimited period means the seller earns nothing after the sale, so there is no reason for the line to keep working.
Buyer's guide
The best IPTV provider is not the one with the longest channel list or the lowest price, but the one that passes simple checks before you pay: a real test, a clear price for 12 months, written refund terms and support that answers. This guide gives you those ten checks, the warning signs of fake sellers and the questions to ask on WhatsApp. When you are ready, compare the result with our own IPTV subscription plans, or go back to IPTV Morocco for the full presentation of weweb.
Use it on any seller, us included. A provider worth your money will answer every question below without hesitating; one that avoids them has already told you what you need to know.
Choose a provider that lets you test, shows its price in dirhams for a fixed period and answers you on WhatsApp before and after the sale. The ten points below take about ten minutes of messages and one evening of testing, and together they remove most of the risk of paying for a line that stops.
The surest sign of a fake seller is an offer that cannot last: a lifetime price, a monthly price far below the market, or a refusal to let you test. Each of these points shows up again and again in buyers' stories on Reddit and Facebook groups, usually after the line has stopped.
A server costs money every month. A single payment for an unlimited period means the seller earns nothing after the sale, so there is no reason for the line to keep working.
Very low prices usually mean an overloaded server shared by too many people. It plays at noon and freezes at 21:00, exactly when you want to watch.
A provider sure of its service lets you try it. Refusing a test, or asking for a deposit to get one, is a reason to walk away.
No trace of the payment means no way to ask for anything later. A serious seller accepts methods that leave a receipt and confirms the payment in writing.
Other warning signs: a new Facebook page every few months, a phone number that changes, a channel count you are not allowed to check in a test, and pressure to pay "before the price goes up tonight".
They stop because nobody pays for the server once the money has been collected. An IPTV line runs on servers and bandwidth that are paid for month after month; the more viewers connect on a match night, the more capacity is needed. A seller who has taken one payment for "lifetime" access, or a few dirhams a month, has no budget to add capacity when demand rises.
What usually happens is predictable. The line works well for a few weeks while the number of buyers is small. Then the evening picture starts to freeze, a few channels disappear, and one day the server address no longer answers. The seller's number goes silent or a new page appears under another name. Your money is gone and so is the line.
That is why the price of a serious IPTV subscription is set for a fixed period. Ours starts at 300 DH for 12 months: enough to run the service for the whole year and to answer you when something needs fixing.
Put two offers side by side on the same criteria and the choice usually becomes obvious. Copy these questions into WhatsApp and send the same message to each seller; the quality of the answers is part of the test.
| Criterion | What to ask | A good answer |
|---|---|---|
| Test | Can I test on my own TV before paying? | Yes, a free line for a set number of hours |
| Price | What is the total price, for how long? | An amount in DH and a duration, e.g. 12 months |
| Refund | Where are your refund terms written? | A link to a refund policy page |
| Support | How do I reach you if it stops at 21:00? | WhatsApp, with a quick reply during the test |
| Delivery | When do I receive my access after paying? | A stated time and a stated channel |
| Devices | Which app should I use on my TV or box? | A named app and setup help |
| Channels | Do you have Al Aoula, 2M, Arryadia, Medi 1 TV? | Yes, and you can check them in the test |
| Peak hours | Is the line stable on match nights? | Test it yourself during a big match |
| Payment | Which payment methods do you accept? | Methods that give a receipt |
| 4K | Which channels are in 4K? | Only those that broadcast in 4K |
Test during the hours you really watch, not in the afternoon. Between 20:00 and 23:00, and above all during a Raja–Wydad derby or an Atlas Lions match, the provider's servers carry their heaviest load and the home networks of Maroc Telecom, inwi and Orange are busy too. A line that plays well at 15:00 tells you very little about 21:30.
During your test, open a sports channel at kick-off, leave it running for a full half, then switch between three or four channels. Note any freezes and whether they come back after a few seconds. If the same channel also freezes on another device in your home, the problem may be your connection rather than the provider; the page on internet speed for IPTV explains how to tell the difference on fibre, ADSL and 4G.

Ask for the test on the evening you would normally watch, on the device you will use every day, and check four things: the channels you care about, the picture at peak time, the catch-up and films, and how fast support answers. One evening is enough if you plan it.
Install the player app on your TV or box first, so the test hours are spent watching, not configuring.
Ask for the test line on WhatsApp and note the time it arrives.
Open Al Aoula, 2M and Arryadia, then the Arabic, French or sports channels you follow.
Between 20:00 and 23:00, leave a sports channel running for at least half an hour.
Open two or three films or series to check the on-demand library.
Send support one practical question and see how quickly and clearly they reply.
Our IPTV free trial page explains what the 24-hour line includes and what happens when it ends.
Answers
Run ten checks before paying: a real test on your own device, a price in dirhams for 12 months, written refund terms, WhatsApp support, a stated delivery time, named apps and Moroccan channels, stability at peak hours, normal payment methods and honest 4K claims. A serious provider answers all of them without hesitating; weweb publishes its own answers.
Walk away from lifetime prices, offers far below the market, sellers who refuse a test and payments in cash with no receipt. Ask for a free test line and a written price for a fixed period before you send any money, from weweb or anyone else.
Because servers and bandwidth are paid for every month, and a seller who took one small payment has no budget to keep them running or to add capacity on match nights. weweb sells 12-month plans for that reason, with a free test first.
Three 12-month plans in dirhams, a free 24-hour test and access sent on WhatsApp within 1 hour, 24 h at most.
