    weweb privacy policy

    Last updated: 29 October 2026 · Effective: 29 October 2026

This policy explains which personal data weweb processes when you visit weweb.ma, write to us, ask for a free test or order a subscription: why, on which basis, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. It only describes the processing in place on the date of the last update. The site has no customer account and sends no form to a server: orders and questions go through WhatsApp or e-mail.

    1. Who is responsible

The data is processed by the seller identified below:

    • Brand and website: weweb — weweb.ma
    • Company name: Web Agency Maroc (SARL AU)
    • RC: 395099 (Casablanca)

    • Support e-mail: [email protected]
    • Contact e-mail: [email protected]

Contact for any question or request about your data: [email protected], or by post at the address above.

    2. Data collected for an order

    • WhatsApp: your phone number, profile name and the content of your messages (including the order message prepared by the order page: plan, device, link to the site). The site itself records nothing: the button opens WhatsApp.
    • Device information you give us: type and brand of device, app used and, for some apps, the MAC address or device key needed to activate it.
    • Order and service: plan, price, order date, acceptance of the terms, your choice about an immediate start, payment method, payment proof or reference you send, access details created for you, and support exchanges. Without this data the order cannot be carried out.
    • Payment: the site collects no card number or bank login. Payment (bank card, Taptap Send, Western Union or bank transfer) is made with the bank or service you choose; we only receive the confirmation, the payment proof you send and its reference. Please hide any number on a proof that is not needed.
    • E-mail: your address and message, if you write to us by e-mail.
    • Browsing (host): IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser and device type, recorded automatically in the host's technical logs.

    3. Purposes and legal bases

    • Handling your order, sending the access and providing support: performance of the contract, or steps taken at your request before it.
    • Answering your questions and free test requests: steps taken at your request before a contract.
    • Keeping order and payment records: the seller's accounting and tax obligations.
    • Preventing fraud and misuse of the access (for example, sharing beyond the plan): legitimate interest.
    • Keeping the site secure and working (technical logs): legitimate interest.
    • Handling a report or a complaint: legitimate interest and, where relevant, legal obligations.

No automated decision or profiling is carried out, and your data is not used for targeted advertising or sold.

    4. Recipients

The data is intended for weweb. Within the limits of their task, it is also processed by the site host (Vercel Inc., with Cloudflare, Inc. for network delivery and protection against attacks), by WhatsApp (Meta), which carries the messages, and by the payment service you choose, under its own terms. The technical provider of the service receives only what is needed to create your access. No data is sold or rented.

    5. Where data is processed

Messages exchanged on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp under its own terms, possibly outside your country.

The host named above and the payment services may process data outside your country of residence. When this happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards offered by the provider concerned.

The seller is established in Morocco. If you live in Europe, the data needed for your order is therefore handled from Morocco, only for the purposes listed in section 3, with the same rights and the same protection as described on this page.

    6. Retention

    • Support and WhatsApp exchanges: the order message, the payment proof and your WhatsApp number are kept for about 12 months after payment, to prove your purchase and support you for the whole subscription; exchanges with no payment are deleted after one week.
    • Order data and payment records: for the duration of the subscription, then for the period required by accounting and tax obligations.
    • Free test requests that do not lead to an order: only as long as needed to answer you.
    • Report or complaint data: while it is handled and for any follow-up.
    • Host technical logs: according to the host's policy.

    7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its use, to receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected] with your request; you will get an answer within one month at most, unless the request is complex (you are then told about the extension). Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence: in Morocco the CNDP (www.cndp.ma), in France the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), in another European country its national data protection authority, in the United Kingdom the ICO (ico.org.uk).

    8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only and stores no account or password. Access to order data is limited to the people who handle orders and support. No measure guarantees absolute security: keep your access details confidential and never send your bank password to anyone, including the support.

    9. Cookies and local storage

    See the cookie policy.

    10. Minors

Orders are reserved for adults. The site does not knowingly collect data about minors; if you think a minor has sent us data, write to [email protected] so that it is deleted.

    11. Changes

This policy may change when the processing changes; the update date is shown at the top of the page.
