Bank card
The quickest option in Morocco and abroad for most Visa and Mastercard holders. We send the card payment details in the chat; you pay on the payment page, never by typing your card number on WhatsApp.
Paying for your plan
weweb accepts four payment methods: bank card, Taptap Send, Western Union or bank transfer. You do not pay on the website: you order on WhatsApp, we send the payment details for the method you choose, and your access follows once the payment is confirmed. The plans and their prices are on the IPTV subscription page, and the service as a whole is presented on IPTV Morocco.
The plans are the same for everyone, in dirhams: Standard 300 DH, Premium 450 DH and VIP 600 DH for 12 months. Whether you pay from Casablanca or from Birmingham, the only thing that changes is the method that suits you best.
Payment always comes after the order and before the access: you choose the plan, we send the details, you pay and send the receipt, we confirm and deliver. Nothing is charged automatically and nothing is taken before you decide to pay.
Choose Standard, Premium or VIP and press the order button: a WhatsApp message with your plan, your device and the website link is prepared for you.
Send that message. We reply in the same chat with the payment details for the method you prefer.
Pay, then send a screenshot or photo of the receipt in the chat.
We check that the payment has arrived and confirm it in writing.
Your access is sent within the first hour after your payment is confirmed, and within 24 hours at the latest, with the setup steps for your device.
Want to be sure before paying anything? Ask for the free 24-hour test line in the same chat first; the IPTV free trial page explains how it works.
Pick the method you already use for other payments: each one works for every plan, and the price is the same whichever you choose.

A money-transfer app popular with Moroccans in the UK, France, Spain, the USA and Canada. You send dirhams from your phone to the details we give you, and the app shows a receipt at once.
Useful when you prefer an agency or do not use banking apps. Pay in an agency or online, then send us the receipt with the transfer reference so the payment can be collected and confirmed.
A transfer from a Moroccan bank account, or from abroad, to the account details sent in the chat. It can take longer to arrive than the other methods, so confirmation may come later.
Not sure which one suits you? Tell us in the chat where you are and which apps or cards you have; we will suggest the simplest route.
From Morocco, a bank card or a bank transfer is usually the simplest. From abroad, a bank card, Taptap Send or Western Union is usually easier, because these send dirhams to Morocco without a Moroccan bank account. The table suggests the simplest route by country; any of the four methods remains possible.
| Where you are | Usually simplest | Also possible |
|---|---|---|
| Morocco | Bank card, bank transfer | Western Union |
| United Kingdom | Taptap Send, bank card | Western Union |
| France | Taptap Send, bank card | Western Union, bank transfer |
| Spain | Taptap Send, Western Union | bank card |
| USA | bank card, Taptap Send | Western Union |
| Canada | Taptap Send, bank card | Western Union |
Check in the transfer app that sending to Morocco is available from your country before you start. If you watch from outside Morocco, the IPTV for Moroccans abroad page explains what else changes: apps for UK and North American TVs, time zones on match days and the connection you need.
Our prices are set in dirhams and do not change with your country. If you pay in pounds, euros or dollars, your bank or transfer service converts the amount at its own rate, and some services add their own fee. That fee and that rate are set by them, not by us.
Before you send money from abroad, ask in the chat for the exact amount we need to receive. We confirm it in writing, so you know the total in your currency before you press send and there is no surprise afterwards.
Every payment ends with a written confirmation from us in the WhatsApp chat. Your proof is the receipt your bank, app or agency gives you; send us a clear screenshot or photo of it, with the reference visible, and keep the original.
The WhatsApp conversation is your order record: it holds the plan you chose, the amount, the confirmation and the access details. If you need to contact us months later, about renewal for instance, write from the same number so we find your order at once. You can also write to us at the support e-mail shown on the contact page.
weweb never asks for your card PIN, your online banking password or the codes your bank sends you by SMS. If someone asks for them in our name, it is not us: stop the conversation and write to us on our official number, +212 6 03 36 55 75.
We only ask for what a payment needs: the receipt and, for a transfer service, its reference number.
Most delays come from the transfer itself, not from the order. A bank transfer can take longer to appear than a card payment, and a Western Union or Taptap Send payment can be held for a check by the service. Your delivery time counts from the moment the payment is confirmed on our side.
If nothing has happened after a few hours, send us the receipt again in the chat; we check with you. The delivery and activation page explains how and when access is sent, and the refund policy sets out what happens if an order cannot be completed.
