IPTV reseller in Morocco: how the panel and credits work

Becoming an IPTV reseller means buying access in bulk and selling it under your own name to your own customers, with a web panel to create and renew their lines. weweb works with resellers in Morocco and abroad; the consumer service they resell is described on the IPTV Morocco page, and our own retail plans are on the IPTV subscription page.

This page explains the mechanics in plain words: what the panel does, how credits turn into customer lines, where your margin comes from, who reselling suits, and how to start with us on WhatsApp. It does not list reseller prices: the credit grid depends on volume and is sent to you directly.

How reselling works, in four moves

Reselling is simple at its core: the provider runs the servers and the channels, and you run the relationship with the customer. You never touch the streams themselves; you manage accounts.

    1. 1

You receive access to a reseller panel, a private website where your customers' lines live.

    2. 2

You load credits into the panel, bought in advance from the provider.

    3. 3

For each sale, you create a line for your customer and the panel deducts the matching credits.

    4. 4

You send the login to your customer, charge your own price and handle the first questions.

The customer watches exactly the same channels and uses the same apps as a direct customer. The difference is who they pay and who they call.

What an IPTV reseller panel lets you do

An IPTV reseller panel is a web dashboard, usable from a phone or a computer, where every line you sell appears with its username, its expiry date and its status. It is your shop counter and your customer file at the same time. Many sellers simply call it the IPTV panel.

    • Create a new line in a few clicks and choose its duration.
    • Generate the login in the two usual formats: Xtream Codes details (server, username, password) and an M3U link.
    • Renew a line before it expires, so the customer keeps the same login.
    • See which lines expire soon and contact those customers in time.
    • Disable a line that is no longer paid for.
    • Create a short test line for a prospect, where the panel allows it.

If your customers ask what those login formats mean, send them to our Xtream Codes explanation; it answers most first-time questions.

Credits, your retail price and your margin

Credits are the currency of the panel. You buy a block of credits, and each line you activate costs a number of credits that depends on its duration. Larger blocks usually lower the cost per credit, which is why the grid is discussed according to your expected volume.

Your margin is the difference between what you charge your customer and what the credits for that line cost you. You set your retail price yourself. As a reference point, our own direct customers pay Standard 300 DH, Premium 450 DH and VIP 600 DH for 12 months; resellers position themselves according to their market, their service and the support they give.

    Who reselling suits

Reselling works best for people who already have customers who trust them and who are comfortable answering setup questions.

    What your customers receive

Your customers get the same service as ours: Moroccan channels such as Al Aoula, 2M and Arryadia, Arabic packs, international channels, sports, and films and series on demand, in HD, with 4K where the channel broadcasts in 4K. They can watch on smart TVs, Android boxes, Fire TV Sticks, Apple devices, phones and computers.

That means you can rely on our public guides when you support them. The IPTV setup guide matches each device with an app, and the IPTV troubleshooting page solves buffering and login errors. Sharing those links saves you hours of repeated explanations.

Support: what you handle and where we help

As a reseller you are the first contact for your customers: installing the app, typing the login, choosing a device. When something goes beyond that, for example a line that does not connect even though it is active in the panel, you contact us on WhatsApp and we look at it with you.

Keep a simple record of every customer: name, phone number, device, app and expiry date. It makes renewals easy and lets you answer in seconds when someone writes that their TV stopped working.

How to start as a weweb reseller

    1. 1

Send a WhatsApp message to +212 6 03 36 55 75 with the word "reseller", your city or country, and how many customers you expect.

    2. 2

Receive the credit grid and the conditions that match your volume.

    3. 3

Get your panel access, buy your first credits and create a test line for yourself.

    4. 4

Set up that line on your own TV, learn the apps, then start selling.

Test the service on your own devices before you sell it to anyone. A reseller who knows the apps sells more and spends less time on support.

Our dedicated reseller site: panels and credits in French and English

For resellers who want more detail, panels and credits are presented on a dedicated site, in French and English: revendeuriptv.store. It is written for resellers rather than viewers and covers the panels on offer and how credits are bought.

You can start from either side: the dedicated site or a direct WhatsApp message. The conversation, the credit grid and the panel access are the same.

Running a clean, lasting reseller business

The resellers who last are the ones who never promise what the service does not do. Your reputation is built on honest sales, not on the lowest price in the neighbourhood.

    • Never sell "lifetime" access: every line has an expiry date, and customers remember who promised otherwise.
    • Say "4K where the channel broadcasts in 4K", not "everything in 4K".
    • Tell customers that picture quality depends on their internet connection, and point them to a speed guide.
    • Remind each customer a week before expiry instead of letting the TV go dark.

Customers comparing sellers often read our guide on how to spot a fake seller; make sure you pass every check it describes.
