    weweb terms of use

    1. Purpose

    These terms of use govern access to weweb.ma and the use of the weweb access details you receive after an order or a free test. By browsing the site or using the access, you accept them. The conditions of the sale itself (prices, payment, delivery, refunds) are in the terms of sale.

    2. What the service is

    weweb provides IPTV access details (Xtream Codes details or an M3U link) to use with a player app on your own devices. The player apps are third-party products that weweb does not sell or control. weweb does not claim any licence over channels, films, series or other programmes and does not present its access as granting such rights.

    3. Personal use

    • The access is for the private viewing of the customer and their household.
    • Public showing (café, shop, hotel lobby or any paying audience) and resale are not allowed with a consumer plan.
    • Information for professionals who want to resell is on the IPTV reseller page.

    4. Devices and account sharing

    • Each plan plays on one device at a time. Standard and Premium are installed on 1 device, VIP on 1 or 2 devices that do not play at the same time.
    • To move the access to another of your own devices, ask on WhatsApp: we help you switch it over.
    • Sharing the access details outside your household, or publishing them, is not allowed.
    • Too many simultaneous connections can cause the access to stop working, or to be suspended as described in section 7.

    5. Security of your access details

    • Your username, password and playlist link are personal and confidential: you are responsible for keeping them safe.
    • Only type them into the player app you use; never post them in a group, a forum or a review.
    • The support will never ask for your bank password or full card number.
    • If you think your details have leaked, tell the support so that they can be changed.

    6. Availability and liability

    weweb uses reasonable means to keep the service available, without guaranteeing permanent availability of every channel. Interruptions may happen for maintenance, updates or incidents, including at third parties (provider, host, internet service provider, app publisher). Viewing quality depends on your device and your connection; see internet speed for IPTV.

    7. Suspension and termination

    If the access is used against these terms (sharing beyond the household, resale, publication of the details, fraud, attempts to bypass the device limit, repeated infringement of third-party rights), it can be suspended after a warning, except in urgent cases, and terminated if it happens again. Refund rules are in the refund policy.

    8. Intellectual property of the site

    The site, its structure, texts and graphics are protected. Any reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.

    9. Reporting an infringement

    If you believe an element of the site or a use of the service infringes your rights, write to [email protected]. The procedure is described in the copyright policy.

    These terms may change. The applicable version is the one published on the date of use; the update date is shown at the top of this page.
