Channel guide · Al Aoula
Al Aoula live is how millions of Moroccans follow the news, the royal speeches and the big national moments, and with weweb the first channel of SNRT plays in HD on your TV, phone or computer, in Morocco or abroad. It belongs to the national category of our Moroccan TV channels line-up, and every IPTV subscription includes it for 12 months.
Below you will find what Al Aoula broadcasts, how to open it on each device, how to follow it from another country and how to use the programme guide. The IPTV Morocco home page explains the rest of the service.
Al Aoula is the first public channel of Morocco, on air since 1962, and its schedule combines national news, Moroccan series, documentaries, religious programmes and official events.
The news bulletins are broadcast in Arabic, French and Amazigh, with debates and reports on politics, the economy and the regions. The evening schedule brings Moroccan drama and social series, cultural magazines and programmes for children. On Friday and on religious holidays, Al Aoula broadcasts prayers and religious talks, and during the holy month it airs the evening sitcoms and the Hassanian lectures.

Series and TV films produced in Morocco, many of them in Darija.
Al Aoula is the channel that broadcasts royal speeches and official ceremonies live, such as the Throne Day speech, the speech of the Green March anniversary and the opening of Parliament.
It also covers national days, state visits and major celebrations, often with special programmes before and after the event. For Moroccans living abroad, these moments are a strong reason to keep the channel in their favourites, so they follow the event at the same time as their family in Morocco.
To watch Al Aoula live, open the Moroccan national category of your IPTV app and select the channel; the stream starts in a second or two, in HD.
IPTV uses your internet connection instead of a dish: no antenna, no decoder, no installer. weweb sends your access details on WhatsApp, as Xtream Codes or an M3U link, and you type them once into the app. Al Aoula then appears with 2M, Al Maghribia, Medi 1 TV and the rest of the national channels.
Al Aoula runs on every common device, and the IPTV setup guide names the right app for each one.

Samsung, LG, Android TV, Android boxes and Fire Stick, for the news and the evening series.

Android and iPhone apps, handy to follow a royal speech or a bulletin away from home.

A Windows or Mac player with the same details, for viewers who work late.
Every plan plays one stream at a time. Standard and Premium are installed on one device; VIP can be installed on two devices, such as a living-room TV and a bedroom TV, which are not used at the same moment.
Al Aoula is included from the first plan: Standard 300 DH, Premium 450 DH and VIP 600 DH, one payment for the year. VIP adds a bigger catalogue and installation on 1 or 2 devices, used one at a time.

Yes, Al Aoula works abroad: the channel, the guide and the apps are the same in Europe, the UK, the USA and Canada, as long as you have a stable internet connection.
Families abroad buy the same plan in dirhams and pay by bank card, Taptap Send, Western Union or bank transfer. Note that the guide shows Moroccan time, which helps you plan a live speech or a match from Montreal or New York. The page on IPTV for Moroccans abroad explains the payment and the setup from each country.
During Ramadan, Al Aoula shares the iftar hour with 2M, with sitcoms, series and religious programmes such as the Hassanian lectures.
On Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha the channel broadcasts the prayers and festive programmes. Our Ramadan IPTV page explains how to plan the month, from the series to catch-up after prayers, and the 2M live page covers the other big channel of the holy month.
The programme guide (EPG) shows what Al Aoula broadcasts now and next, and catch-up, where the app and the channel support it, lets you go back to a programme you missed.
Check catch-up during the free test on the programmes you care about, since it depends on the channel and the app. For the picture, a stable line is what counts: fibre or a good ADSL line for the TV, Wi-Fi or 4G for a phone. A cable between the box and the router helps in the evening, when networks are busiest. The page on internet speed for IPTV gives the details.

The guide shows the day's schedule on Al Aoula, so you can find the news bulletin quickly.
