weweb copyright policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026 · Effective: 29 October 2026
This page explains how to report to weweb content or a use of the service that infringes your rights, in particular your copyright, and how such reports are handled.
1. What can be reported
- A text, image or other element published on weweb.ma.
- A use of an access provided by weweb that infringes your rights.
weweb does not claim any licence over channels or programmes, and nothing on this site should be read as such a claim. If the element you report is not on this site, say so: what can be done is explained to you in writing.
2. Where to send a report
Send it to [email protected], with the subject “Report — [element concerned]”. A copy can be sent to [email protected]. Do not send personal data that is not needed to handle the report.
3. What a notice must contain
- The physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the work or right concerned (or a representative list if several works are concerned).
- Identification of the element concerned and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (exact URL or description).
- Your contact details: name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address, and your capacity if you act for the rights holder.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
4. Handling
- An acknowledgement is sent when the notice is received.
- An incomplete notice is answered with a request for the missing information before any review.
- A complete notice is reviewed; if it is justified, the element is removed or made inaccessible, or the access concerned is suspended.
- The decision is given in writing to the sender and, where relevant, to the person concerned.
Abusive or clearly unfounded notices are not acted on.
Reports are accepted from rights holders in any country, in English, French or Arabic. A notice written in the format used for online copyright notices in the United States is also accepted, as long as it contains the elements listed in section 3. No report is acted on without being reviewed first.
5. Counter-notice
A person whose element was removed or whose access was suspended after a notice can send a counter-notice to [email protected] with: their signature; identification of the element removed and of where it was before removal; a statement that they believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; their name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. The counter-notice is forwarded to the sender of the notice, and the decision is reviewed and answered in writing.
This page describes the procedure weweb follows; it does not mean that weweb benefits from any special liability regime.
6. Repeat infringement
Accesses used repeatedly in breach of third-party rights or of the service rules are suspended and then terminated, as provided in the terms of use.
