SET IPTV is a smart TV player, found on many Samsung and LG sets in Moroccan homes, that loads your playlist from the developer's website using the TV's MAC address. It plays a weweb IPTV subscription without any typing on the remote. Like every player, SET IPTV is empty until you link a playlist to it. The channels, films and series come from your IPTV Morocco line; the app only shows them.

What SET IPTV is, in short
SET IPTV is a player made for televisions. Its menus are designed for a remote control: groups on the left, channels in the middle, the picture on the right. It accepts an M3U playlist that you attach to the TV from the developer's website, and it can hide adult or unwanted groups behind a PIN, which families appreciate.
It is a good choice on Samsung and LG models where the app is listed, especially if you already know the layout. On a television where it is missing, the same approach works with Smart IPTV or Net IPTV.
Install SET IPTV on your TV

Connect the TV to the internet (cable or Wi-Fi) and sign in to the TV's app store if it asks.

Samsung: press Home, open Apps, search "SET IPTV". LG: open the LG Content Store or Apps and search the same name.

Install the app and open it once. It shows a screen with the MAC address of the TV.

Take a photo of that screen with your phone so you have the MAC address at hand.

Upload your playlist to SET IPTV
weweb sends your access on WhatsApp: an M3U link and Xtream Codes details. SET IPTV uses the M3U link.

On your phone or computer, open the developer's website (its address is shown in the app) and go to the playlist upload page.

Enter the MAC address from the photo. Check each pair twice; the site accepts the upload even if one character is wrong, but the TV will then show nothing.

Paste the full M3U link from our message into the playlist field. If the page offers an EPG field, you can leave it empty.

Confirm the captcha and send. The page shows a confirmation that the link was saved for this MAC address.

On the TV, exit SET IPTV completely and open it again. The groups of your line now appear.

Open the Moroccan group and play Arryadia or Al Aoula. If a channel plays, the setup is complete.
When you move from the test line to your paid line, upload the new link to the same MAC address: it replaces the old one.
SET IPTV activation: what it is and who you pay
SET IPTV lets you use the app for a trial period after installation. When it ends, the app asks for activation. Activation is the licence of the player for that TV: it is sold by the SET IPTV developer on their website, and the price and conditions are set by the developer and shown on their page. You pay it with the MAC address of the TV.
This is not the same thing as your subscription. Your weweb plan gives you the channels; the activation lets this specific app run on this specific TV. If you replace the TV, the new one needs its own activation, but your subscription simply continues.

The app kept the previous list. Restart it; if that is not enough, switch the TV fully off for a minute.
Activation message
The app's trial is over. Activate the app on the developer's site, then restart it.

Hide groups and set a PIN
In SET IPTV's settings you can hide whole groups so children only see what you allow, and protect the settings with a PIN. A simple routine for families: keep the Moroccan, Arabic, cartoon and sports groups visible, hide the rest, and set a PIN that only parents know.
Favourites help too. Mark 2M, Al Aoula, Medi 1 TV and Arryadia so the evening news and the Botola are always on the first screen.
